This program develops reading fluency with prosody and comprehension through daily work in 3 gradated sections, Phonics, High Frequency Word Phrases and age appropriate Stories followed by depth of knowledge based comprehension questions. This program is aligned with the science of reading and enhances development in all 5 pillars of reading that generalizes to the daily needs of your student. 

STUDENTS: Ages 5 through 18 reading below the 5th-grade level

INSTRUCTION: One instructor with one student, each with their own internet-connected device.

PROGRAM

        • Alphabet, phonics, phrases, and stories exercises get increasingly difficult efficiently taking the student to an independent reading level
        • Access for 1 calendar year with automatic charting, fidelity warnings, and the ability to transfer a license if a student moves or graduates the program

PROCEDURE

        • Instructor administers three 1-minute timings in Phonics, Sight Phrases, and Stories
        • Word count and errors are marked and automatically charted after each timing
        • Ask 2-5 Comprehension Development Questions to build comprehension, in-depth thinking, vocabulary, and expressive language
